We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Customer Development.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage below-the-line campaign development to drive customer growth and penetration
- Ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with internal and external regulatory guidelines, including cross-border and use of gift guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Segments, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Compliance and Legal on programme execution
- Work closely with Data and Analytics on using data to deliver effective targeted programmes and deploy customer communications
- Manage and develop programme materials such as T&C, FAQ, eDM, SMS and letters in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide pre-event, onsite and post-event support for customer events
- Work closely with agencies, vendors and contractors on event/campaign execution.
- Handle internal enquiries on events or campaigns being assigned
- Conduct regular ROMI analysis to track and evaluate programme effectiveness
