We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.
! This role lasts initially for six months with expected extension, where only a full-time employment in Prague, Czech Republic is available as form of cooperation
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Interview Scheduling & coordination of complex interviews for hiring, including assessment centers, offsite interviews, or interviews with candidate travel
· Manage the candidate travel process, security registration and other supporting documentation.
· Travel Logistics, Accommodation and Candidate reimbursement process depending on each countries guidelines.
· Ensure confidential data such as candidate resumes and contact information follow appropriate policies and compliance guidelines.
· Monthly requisition audits & other administrative activities as needed such as such as interview accommodation requests, Employee Referral Program (ERP) bonus payouts and requisition audits.
· 1+ years of relevant experience with HR coordination or recruitment
· High-level attention to detail, analyzing information, general reporting skills
· Proficiency in use of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred
· Comfortable working in a complex and constantly evolving work environment
· Fluency in English (spoken & written);
· Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
