The world’s fastest-growing sports brand seeks for a passionate and hands-on Manufacturing strategist to join our global LightSpray™ team. Working closely with colleagues across the globe, you will lead strategic projects, and implement new processes to support our global expansion.
As the Head of LightSpray™Manufacturing Strategy and Expansion you will own and oversee the planning and establishment of fully automated manufacturing facilities for our new business focused on disruptive sportswear manufacturing innovation. This strategic role will be critical in scaling our manufacturing capabilities and ensuring operational excellence across key global markets.
Your Mission
Manufacturing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and leverages the latest advancements in automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate pilot project learnings into a scalable manufacturing blueprint
Team Building and Leadership:
- Build and lead a manufacturing expansion team consisting of project managers and engineers
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that prioritizes operational excellence and continuous improvement
Location and Partner Identification:
- Conduct market analysis to identify optimal locations for new manufacturing facilities in the Americas, EU, and China
- Assess and establish relationships with potential partners for manufacturing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Facility Readiness:
- Ensure that future manufacturing facilities are designed, built, and operationally ready to commence production by 2027.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to meet production deadlines.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify potential risks associated with manufacturing expansion and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in new manufacturing facilities.
