As our Culture Development Expert, you will be a vital advisor and connector across our organization, shaping a work environment where our values come to life. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, culture table members, and culture messengers, ensuring our culture resonates through all we do. Your efforts will integrate cultural initiatives into our onboarding, training programs, leadership development, crafting experiences that embody our values.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact
- Establish and prepare quantitative and qualitative data bases of culture climate (e.g. through surveys)
- Develop, update and communicate the status of a culture dashboard.
- Align, communicate and implement culture topics in other initiatives - like onboarding, leadership trainings, School of Competence, values anchoring, etc.
- Design and facilitate initiatives, trainings and workshops
- Bachelor or equivalent (e.g. applied psychology, economics, social science, etc.)
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and presentations
- Experience in developing and facilitating training initiatives
- Organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English, good command in German and French is a plus
