In this dynamic role, you anticipate & respond to market trends to optimally sell our seat capacities across Europe. Furthermore, you are in charge of coordinating functional topics, optimizing business processes, communicating with key interfaces and managing group-wide commercial initiatives.
- Act as the official Deputy to the Team Leader and get involved in various leadership responsibilites
- Maximize revenues by balancing demand, capacity and opportunity costs
- Assume the performance management responsibility for the SWISS Cont route portfolio, conduct various performance analysis tasks and lead the performance meetings with the team members
- Ensure a close collaboration and exchange with interfaces such as Revenue Management, Network
Management and Ground Operations
- Initiate measures to improve commercial performance & consolidate reporting requirements to guarantee optimal steering
- Coordinate & lead commercial topics and various functional projects
- Support in the development of the team, onboard new team members & identify functional training needs

- Profound work experience within Revenue Management & Pricing or similar in the aviation industry
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, social and communication capabilities
- Conceptually strong and capable of seeing the bigger picture
- Team player with strong communication and social skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and to consistently perform under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of VBA, PROS and Amadeus Altéa is a plus
- First experience in project, process or functional leadership is a plus
