Admin & Stores Executive

Your main task will be as below:

• Receiving of incoming materials.
• Checking/Verification of Incoming materials with PO.
• Entering stock details in Oracle.
• Placing/Picking Materials.
• Local Purchasing (Cash Purchase/RFQ/PO etc)
• Handling/Accounting of Petty Cash.
• Outbound material arrangement, Document/Transporter arrangement.
• Preparation of Documents related to AMC.
• After sales Service.
• Other works Related to AMC.

Mandatory skills:

• Diploma - Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc.
• Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/PPT).
• Good working knowledge on material inward and outward
• Fluent in Kanada and English written and oral communication
• Experience - 3 - 5 years' experience
