For our branch in Lugano (Switzerland), we are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join an international project in the Banking industry.

You will be working along with an international Team, participating in all phases of the development lifecycle and being responsible to test innovative applications. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain the automated test architecture
• Understanding requirements and translating those into test scenarios
• Execute and monitor automated test scripts to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot and debug issues found during test runs
• Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems
• Document and report test results

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
• +5 years of hands-on experience backend test automation and API testing 
• Excellent knowledge of tools and libraries such as Tosca Tricentis, Test Complete or similar, Postaman, Selenium, Soap UI, Jmeter
• Good knowledge of CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins, Github, etc
• Proficiency of Jira and XRAY
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent would be considered a plus
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Fluent in English and Italian
