With around 480 employees, KLK Kolb is one of Europe's leading alkoxylators and offers a wide range of surfactants, as well as other chemical specialities and customer-specific production for various industrial sectors.
KLK Kolb is part of the global KLK OLEO Group. We sell our products worldwide and currently produce at three sites in the centre of Europe (Hedingen/CH, Moerdijk/NL and Delden/NL).
To strengthen our finance team in Hedingen, we are looking for a motivated, proactive and independent personality to report directly to the Head of Finance Business Partnering&Group Planning in the following position Senior financial analyst.
Your new job
- Responsible for the track and analysis of the financial performance, identification of the trends and areas of improvement
- Responsibility for the commercial controlling and sales commentaries on the business evolution and performance within KLK Kolb Group including preparation of the timely, accurate and comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting for leadership reviews
- Financial and business support to the commercial team and stakeholders within KLK Kolb Group organisation
- Development of controlling processes and new analytical tools and methods with a focus on simplification, automation and continuous improvement of business process
- Preparation and evaluation of the business cases for new projects and investments within KLK Kolb Group
- Collaboration in Budgeting and Forecasting processes within KLK Kolb Group
- Participation in projects, implementation of new finance business processes and preparation of the documentation where finance impacts business processes
Your knowledge, your abilities, your experience
- Higher education with specialisation in finance, accounting and controlling (Diploma as Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling, Chartered Specialist in Accounting & Financial Management or an equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience in a similar financial role in international and industrial group environment
- Technical proficiency in financial software (SAP ERP System FI/CO, MM, SD modul advantageous) and financial forecasting tools
- Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel, and a high level of IT affinity
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German language
- High initiative, integrity, adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility
