Fresh, engaging, and premium - these are the core values the chocolate factory Läderach stands for. Founded in 1962, our family company now employs more than 2,200 people from around 70 countries and continues to grow. The company’s head office is located in the canton of Glarus in Switzerland. We produce our fresh chocolates here against a picturesque backdrop of the Alps.
With 13 coffee shops worldwide, most of them located in the Middle East, our cafés offer a unique experience of premium chocolate, exquisite patisserie, and barista craftsmanship. Our coffee shops embody Swiss quality and elegance, inviting guests to immerse themselves in a world of indulgence.
To centrally manage and further develop our coffee shop concept, we are looking for an experienced individual who shares our vision and can take it to the next level with passion and expertise.
If you have in-depth knowledge of the café industry, enjoy creating innovative concepts, have an eye for design, and excel at managing processes efficiently while coordinating with suppliers, then you are exactly the person we’re looking for!
What you can expect

- You will establish clear standards for our gastronomy offerings in collaboration with product development.
- You will create a balance between standardized guidelines and local adaptations.
- You will contribute to the development, optimization, and standardization of core operational processes, from product sourcing and service workflows to quality assurance.
- You will play a key role in ensuring the profitable operation of our shops.
- You will develop guidelines and training materials for franchise partners and local markets to uphold our high-quality standards.
- You will define the selection and design of equipment for coffee and patisserie areas, including crockery, accessories, and coffee machines, and collaborate closely with procurement on sourcing.
- You will shape the layout and design of existing and new coffee locations in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (e.g. store construction team).
- You will analyze and define processes for centralized versus decentralized patisserie production while maintaining our high-quality standards.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing, product development, franchise partners, procurement, and quality management.
What we expect from you
- You bring profound expertise in gastronomy, particularly in the areas of coffee shops and patisserie.
- You have a proven track record in conceptualizing and establishing new locations in the gastronomy sector or a comparable field.
