To support our Swiss Accounting team responsible for the financial and accounting operations for Swiss entities, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for a:
Main responsibilities:
- Record vendor invoices into the accounting system.
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies and outstanding issues.
- Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications.
- Reconcile the Supplier statements.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
- Validate employee expenses and credit card transactions.
- Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and closing.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant education in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role (medium size company).
- Knowledge of MS Business Dynamics a very big advantage.
- At ease and experienced with system (ERP) improvements.
- Microsoft Office advanced level.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities in a rapid paced and changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of experience of colleagues.
Languages:
- English fluent spoken and writing
- French (minimum B2 mandatory)
