University degree with more than 5 years of experience in stamping technology Proven project management experience in an international environment Experience in CAD designing is a must; preferably with Siemens NX Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated with a proactive attitude and hands-on mentality Strong communication skills and advanced technical English; German is a plus
