System Verification Manager | 80 - 100%

Your main tasks

  • Participate in product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and quality
  • Collaborate with various product stakeholders to understand customer needs and design specifications, and convert these into detailed test specifications
  • Develop test cases, including methodology, setups, materials, procedures, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with product standards
  • Develop or acquire the necessary test equipment to measure system performance accurately
  • Oversee the commissioning and qualification of test equipment to ensure it meets all necessary standards and specifications
  • Create, optimize, introduce, and validate new test methods to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Prepare comprehensive testing documentation, including test procedures and detailed step-by-step protocols
  • Independently perform and coordinate complex testing activities, support failure mode analysis, conduct root cause investigations, and scout for new verification tools

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from ETH, university, or FH in medical engineering, mechanics, microengineering, or mechatronics
  • Proven experience in developing and validating test methods and equipment
  • Possess a target-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing
  • In-depth knowledge of analyzing test results, including statistical evaluation
  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is advantageous
  • Experience with Matlab and CAD software (Siemens NX) is advantageous
  • Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
