Your Mission
As our Safety Manager, you will lead our health, safety, and emergency response initiatives. You’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture of safety across the school.
Specific Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with school leadership on emergency preparedness.
- Conduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain safety documentation and oversee incident management.
- Promote safety awareness among students and staff.
The successful candidate will have:
What You Bring
- Swiss qualification: Berufliche Grundbildung (EFZ) oder gleichwertiger Abschluss, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Sicherheitsfachmann/-frau BP.
- Experience: Min. 5 Jahre in Safety Management, idealerweise in Bildungseinrichtungen oder im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Certifications: First Aid Level 1 IVR, BLS-AED-SRC Complete, Suva-Sicherheitskurse.
- Languages: Fluency in English and German (Swiss-German a plus).
- Skills: Strong risk assessment, emergency response, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
