Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and persuasive person to lead the evaluation and validation of early-stage product ideas and prototypes. In this critical role, you will actively engage with business leaders and executives to assess whether they represent our target buyers and users—and, most importantly, whether they see enough value to invest in the product. This role combines product vision, business acumen, and strong communication skills to validate ideas and drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Outreach: Proactively identify, connect with, and pitch to business leaders and executives to validate that they are the target audience for the product.
- Value Proposition Validation: Assess interest, willingness to pay, and alignment with stakeholders’ business priorities by facilitating discussions, pitches, and structured feedback sessions.
- Market Feedback Loop: Gather actionable insights from conversations with prospective users and buyers, ensuring that product concepts address real needs and deliver measurable value.
- Business Case Development: Build and present compelling business cases and pricing models based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Refinement Through Iteration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, and marketing) to refine prototypes and tailor product positioning based on external feedback.
- Strategic Storytelling: Develop persuasive narratives, presentations, and other materials that clearly articulate the product’s value and differentiation.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to identify new opportunities and refine product-market fit.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a strategic consultant or in a customer-facing role involving product validation, sales, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to pitch to senior executives effectively.
- Strong business acumen with experience developing ROI models and business cases.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to networking, outreach, and engagement.
- Ability to synthesize market feedback into actionable recommendations for product development.
- Familiarity with early-stage product development and prototyping processes is a plus.
- Availability to travel frequently for business purposes
What We Offer:
- A unique opportunity to shape the future of innovative product concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to executives, decision-making processes, and early-stage product validation.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values bold thinking.
