To reinforce our Oncology Business Unit, we are looking for a Portfolio Brand Manager Oncology Switzerland

Purpose: Accountable to partnering effectively across the organization to drive volume growth across oncology brands/indications in Switzerland. Must deliver on both marketing strategy and tactical execution to deliver optimal customer experiences. This role is based in Geneva as a part of the Swiss Affiliate and will report to Oncology BU Lead Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

People:

  • Delivers an inclusive and patient centric team focused on ensuring strong focus on volume growth
  • Drives clarity in prioritization by minimizing bureaucracy in order to focus on what matters most
  • Models Team Lilly behaviors to ensure teammates feels valued, cared for and trusted
  • Communicates effectively across Hub, IBU and global partners to maximize the needs of the team and patients
  • Directly manages Associate Brand Manager and Marketing Trainees.

Patients:

  • Operates with high integrity, complies with Lilly policies and procedures, external legal and compliance requirements
  • Willing to spend time meeting customers develop external relationships with key TLs including HCPs and other stakeholders
  • Accountable for Swiss affiliate marketing strategy for oncology
  • Develop clear customer plan focused on keys to helping patients, identifying and prioritizing trade-offs to maximize impact to patients in in Switzerland.

Performance:

  • Builds omnichannel marketing plan to maximize the lifecycle of oncology brands/indications, including approach to managing OPEX
  • Leads the oncology franchise (Breast Cancer/ RET/ Hematology) for the Swiss affiliate. Directly responsible for the strategy & execution of Jaypirca, RET. Works closely with the Sales lead, Medical colleagues
  • Develops and implements measurement plans in the continuous pursuit of excellence
  • Develops insights from data in decision making (e.g. quarterly metric review and action)
  • Devises acceleration or course corrections as needed, to achieve /exceed planned results
  • Strives for excellence in not only the results but also how the results are achieved.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Qualifications: Pharmaceutical / marketing / sales /medical/scientific or equivalent education.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Oncology experience
  • Strong track record of marketing and or sales successes and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, execute and lead strategic marketing plans
  • Capability to work with and build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, Hub, IBU and global stakeholders
  • Capability to drive change and performance
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to be humble yet inspire respect and trust from others
  • Continually demonstrate Lilly’s core values of excellence, integrity, and respect for people
  • Prioritizes and can work under pressure and to meet tight and competing deadlines
  • Works effectively in a highly regulated and politically sensitive environment.
