• Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

• Assist in developing design concepts, mock-ups, visuals, and creating 2D and 3D files for new projects.
• Contribute to the evolution of design concepts for ongoing projects, ensuring they align with the team's creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development,Material Development and Product Management, to craft culturally relevant, future-forward products that blend lifestyle and performance.
• Conduct research on market and consumer trends, providing insights that support future opportunities and align with On's vision.
• Be an active contributor to the team’s mission of creating socially and culturally relevant designs that celebrate aesthetics and self-expression, aligning with our vision to “Elevate Every Move.
