The Team:
As a member of the growing team "HIL Systems", you engage in customer specific solutions for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing of electronic control units. Become a part of our dedicated electronics design team within a larger engineering department. You’ll have numerous opportunities for professional growth and will collaborate with other departments and customers.
Create advanced PCBA designs and collaborate with the team to standardize and industrialize the product portfolio. Scale up PCBAs production while managing product lifecycles and automating processes to enhance efficiency and growth.
Your Contribution:
- Develop, design and test mixed signal PCBAs
- Design schematics and layouts for multilayer PCBs, including level shifters, amplifiers, optical transceivers, current measurement circuits, and digital transceivers, accommodating a wide range of voltages, power levels, and bandwidths
- Bring up and qualify the designs in close collaboration with the testing team
- Extend and maintain the product data and design libraries
- Improve existing products with software-configurable options (FPGA,MCU)
- Support production of electronic assemblies from prototype to industrialization and volume production
- Define technical specifications for PCBAs, including circuit design
- Partner with your team members to monitor and review hardware designs, ensuring mutual feedback and continuous improvement
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical and electronic engineering, or similar
- At least five years of experience with analogue and digital electronic circuit design
- Strong experience with electronic circuit simulation and design tools (preferably Altium Designer)
- Expert knowledge in at least one of the following fields: analogue front-end, RF, power electronics or high-speed designs
- Experience in embedded software engineering using FPGA or MCUs is a plus
- Proficiency in using measurement and lab instruments for board bring up and comprehensive measurements
- Familiar with lifecycle management with PLM/PDM systems
- Experience in design to test and manufacturing (DFT/DFM)
- Self-reliance and great sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English
