Agidens has knowledge in various systems in the process industry and delivers custom automated solutions together with their software technology partners. We are looking for a hands-on project manager with a technical background, mainly in the integration of different automation levels/systems.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager Digital Solutions you will oversee the execution and completion of digital projects. You will work with the project team in performing and organizing work activities and apply customer objectives into the approach. “Digital projects” covers a wide variety of solutions we deliver. From data capturing, data analytics and dashboarding/reporting over paperless production and OEE optimization to a complete door-to-door MOMS (Manufacturing Operations Management System).
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
- Ensure that the project operates within budget and scope. You’ll report on the progress.
- Monitor project execution in accordance with the approved plan: all deliverables are prepared to meet the agreed schedule and meet our quality standards
- Identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with the project activities and take appropriate action
- Manage and motivate your project staff by providing direction, input and feedback
- You share ideas and work together with other Project Managers within our company.
Who are you?
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of data driven solutions, Manufacturing Operation System (MOM) or level 3 information flows and have affinity with level 2 and level 4.
- Knowledge about the processes industry is a plus
- You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, and are result (yet customer) oriented
- Show a strong team spirit in areas like knowledge sharing
- You are experienced with PRINCE2.
- You are willing to make short term trips abroad
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English ; French is a plus
