We're looking for an open and passionate individual to join the Data Team. As Technical Web Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our digital analytics landscape, as well as being the go-to person for everything related to business and website/apps tracking.
You will be able to impact and shape the adoption of analytical tools across the company and how the data is used to drive products and marketing forward.

In detail, you will be responsible for:

Consulting and supporting in the area of online measurement, digital analytics and analytical tools usage.

Running educational initiatives to enhance the knowledge of online measurement and the usage of the analytical tools across company.

Maintaining and developing our own tracking framework and third-party tags within Google Tag Manager.

Working with the raw data in our Data Lakehouse (GCP/BigQuery).

Gathering requirements, creating and implementing tracking and analytics concepts.

End-to-end testing of measurement implementations.

Monitoring of the data quality.

Documenting the technical setup.

Analyzing and interpreting company data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.

Digital Analytics toolset ownership (e.g. Google Analytics).
What we expect from you
-
3+ years of experience with clickstream data in an implementing and analytical role. A higher education degree (BSc, MSc) from a technical or data-oriented field is a plus.

In-depth knowledge and experience with analytics solutions (Google Analytics 4 / Adobe / etc.).

Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and able to translate business requirements into technical concepts.

Technical understanding and good knowledge of Tag Management (GTM); familiarity with JavaScript is a must.

Good SQL knowledge expected; experience with analyzing semi-structured data (JSON) in BigQuery is an advantage.

Resilient, attentive to details and quality, and able to work effectively in a team.

Strong organizational and communication skills. Capable of communicating with people of varying skill and knowledge levels.

Fluent in English; working proficiency in German is a plus.

Interest in new technologies, market and product developments in the field of Digital Analytics.

Experience in omni-channel data analysis, online marketing including Google/Bing/Facebook Ads, Google Marketing Platform and SEO.
