Does the idea of joining the worldwide market leader in Commercial Insurance (CI) on its journey to renew the core system landscape in 7 countries (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden Norway and Denmark) excite you?

We are searching for a Project Director & Head of CI IT (France, BeNe, Nordics) to replace our CI core insurance platform with Guidewire, while continuing our IT Operations in these countries throughout this period of transformation.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of GW insurance suite across 7 countries in close collaboration with the local business teams
• Lead the IT team in charge of 7 countries, transform the organization and operating model alongside the implementation of the new Core Insurance Platform
• Build an impactful team of internal Guidewire experts, with the ability to expand into additional countries
• Lead a team with empathy and clarity through a period of change
• Develop technical capabilities within the team to support the future tech stack

What you bring

• 10+ years of leadership experience in IT for insurance
• Experience in leading international teams across multiple locations
• Proven track record of successful Guidewire implementation across multiple countries – Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Profound understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite
• Experience in building internal teams with state-of-the-art technology capabilities
• Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time)
