On behalf of one of our clients, an International Commodity Trading Boutique, Swisslinx is searching for an Accountant (40-60%) to join their team based in Zug. As part of a small, international team you would be responsible for all accounting operations for the Swiss entity in close collaboration with the CFO.
Your Mission:
* Provide support with daily accounting tasks
* Take ownership of bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable as well as payroll
* Keep track of daily payments and provide support for their execution
* Supervise the general reporting activities
* Manage payments to banks and provide the supporting documentation
* Manage office operations
Your Profile:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in an accounting role
* Familiarity with bookkeeping, AP/AR, and Swiss GAAP
* Experience with tax reporting and payroll is considered an advantage
* Prior experience with BEXIO would be an asset
* Proficient in German and English
