For our branch in Chiasso we are looking for a cashier that will be the first point contact for our client. 

Main Responsibilities

• Handling cash transactions for Private Banking clients, in particular withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, metal transactions, etc; 


• Welcoming customers and providing high quality service;


• Handle sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;


• Manage access and safe deposit box; 


• Managing administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, archiving, statistics, etc;


• Handling administrative tasks relating to cash transactions, including accounting, archiving, daily and periodic checks, statistics, etc;


• Various administrative and organisational tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cashier in a Bank


• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency using IT tools 


• Be client oriented able to empathise and willing to listen to customers;


• Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages;


• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask able to prioritise requests from different stakeholders;


• Accuracy, precision and confidentiality;


• Strong attention to details;


• Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.
