Job Summary:
The ServiceNow developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements, architect ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and IT standards.
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and other modules as needed.
- Ensure best practices are followed in the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate external systems, and facilitate workflow customizations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Swiss Working Permit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- German speaking is a plus

Der ServiceNow-Entwickler ist für den Entwurf, die Implementierung und die Optimierung unserer ServiceNow-Lösungen zur Erfüllung der Geschäftsanforderungen verantwortlich. In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit IT- und Business-Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen zu verstehen, ServiceNow-Lösungen zu entwerfen und eine erfolgreiche Einführung und Übernahme sicherzustellen. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über einen fundierten Hintergrund in der ServiceNow-Entwicklung sowie über ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
Verantwortungsbereiche:
Entwurf und Implementierung von ServiceNow-Lösungen, die mit den Geschäftszielen und IT-Standards übereinstimmen.
Leitung der Architektur und des Designs von ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps und anderen Modulen nach Bedarf.
Sicherstellen, dass bei der Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung der ServiceNow-Plattform Best Practices befolgt werden.
Zusammenarbeit mit Interessengruppen bei der Definition von Systemanforderungen, der Integration externer Systeme und der Erleichterung von Workflow-Anpassungen.
Bereitstellung von technischer Führung und Anleitung für das ServiceNow-Entwicklungsteam.
Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Kodierungsstandards und Best Practices.
Qualifikationen:
Schweizer Arbeitsbewilligung
Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Gebiet.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der ServiceNow-Entwicklung
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von ServiceNow Best Practices, Kodierungsstandards und API-Integrationen.
Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungs-, Analyse- und technische Fähigkeiten.
Starke Führungs- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, mit allen Ebenen der Organisation effektiv zu interagieren
Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
