To reinforce our team of experts in Service Management in Lausanne, we are hiring a
ServiceNow Consultant
If you are passionate about ITSM, constantly seeking to learn and improve your skillset, then you are the type of person we are looking for! You will be part of the Governance and Service Management Team and be involved in challenging projects.
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world class ServiceNow based solutions.
Your Role:
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
- Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
- Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation.
- Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gap and establish future solution.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow Solution with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
- Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cycles
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert
Your skills:
- More than 5 years of exeperience in IT industry
- Proven experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery
- A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget
- Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages
- Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
- Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery) and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. German is a plus.
