Private banking operations officer (100%)

This role covers a wide range of tasks, calling for a versatile generalist eager to handle various operational and conceptual responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

Account & Client Data Management:

• Handle account openings, verification, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Monitor account status, perform client data updates and maintain comprehensive records
• Provide essential correspondence upon request, maintaining meticulous document archives

Customer Service:

• Support across E-Banking, internal Website, and Debit/Credit Cards for seamless customer experiences
• Administer user verifications and manage Debit/Credit Cards efficiently

Back Office:

• Payments (Process and coordinate outgoing and incoming orders)
• Execute cash management orders
• Loans, Credit lines and pledges: Setup and lifecycling credit products, processing and managing the supporting documentation
• Investigate reconciliation items, troubleshoot if necessary
• Contribute to enhancement projects
• Occasional reception duties and serve as a pivotal contact for queries

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in banking systems and data management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Spanish, written and spoken
• Knowledge and experience using Finnova is an asset
• Versatility: Ability to handle diverse tasks and be an adaptable all-rounder in a dynamic work environment
• Motivated and willing to join a dynamic and ambitious team
