We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Solutions Manager with a strong background in analytics solutions to support our sales team and clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, providing technical expertise, conducting workshops, and guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of our data analytics solutions-from requirements gathering to implementation. As a key connector between our sales, technical, and data teams, you will play a vital role in aligning customer needs with our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner will be crucial in helping customers understand how our solutions can drive their success.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with account managers to identify sales opportunities and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of analytics solutions
- Train and support the sales team with in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by demonstrating the value of solutions, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring proposed solutions are aligned with their objectives
- Design tailored analytics solutions to address customer challenges and lead client workshops to clarify needs, educate stakeholders, and define project scope
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide technical teams on solution implementation
- Query and analyze data to help clients understand the business impact of the solutions
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution deployment, timely delivery, and client satisfaction while providing support during implementation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales role within the analytics or technology industry
- Solid technical knowledge with the ability to converse with developers, technical teams, and clients on complex topics
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, able to understand customer needs and sell solutions effectively
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Proficiency in Italian and French is a plus
