We have 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin and Givisiez) and we are always recruiting people who want to take on responsibility and work in a young, dynamic environmentFor one of our client based in Geneva and as part of a paternity leave remplacement, we are looking for aLevel 2 Support Technician (M/W)Missions :As a Level 2 Support technician, your main responsibilities will be :* Providing level 2 support to users : diagnosing issues, resolving incidents and tracking requests* Working on office environments, operating systems and business applications* Conducting regular checks and ensuring incident tickets are updated in the management tool* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service by sharing your experiences and solutions with the teamProfile :* Significant experience in Level 2 technical support* Proficiency in Windows environments (O365, ...)* Bilingual French/English* Autonomous* Helpful, kind and communicative.
