What's your impact?

• You are an accelerator for internal and external projects
• You take over the management and coordination of test projects in an agile environment, including all corresponding test activities: from test strategy/planning, test execution and defect management to test reporting and completion
• Creation of formalized test specifications, management of test plans and coordination of test data, as well as monitoring of test progress and defect management
• You are the stream lead for Test Management & Automation in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• You develop and implement innovative topics such as Test Automation as a Service (TAaaS) and AI in the testing area, e.g. through close cooperation with our partners
• You advise customers on test strategies and ensure quality assurance through continuous process optimization
• You take on responsibility in projects in various industries and areas with renowned customers

Bring your experience.

• You have several years of experience in test management
• You hold a degree in computer science, natural sciences, economics or engineering or a comparable qualification
• Confident communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Good understanding of the software development process and experience in test or project management
• Passion for developing innovative topics and enjoy teamwork and customer contact.
• ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level certificate or a comparable certificate would be desirable
• Experience with automation tools such as Tricentis or UiPath and corresponding certifications
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Solution Manager or similar
• Agile background and experience in team leadership or in setting up agile test teams
