Join Axpo's journey of transforming the Generation & Distribution (G&D) business area. Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for application architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Collaborate across diverse teams and leverage innovative technologies to drive technical excellence.
What you will do:
- Define and maintain the application architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmap for G&D's production and distribution oriented divisions, ranging from Hydropower & Biomass, over Nuclear, Green Gases, Solar, Batteries and Wind, to Distribution/Grid.
- Align architecture strategies with business objectives and priorities.
- Provide guidance on IT solutions adhering to enterprise architecture principles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to deliver business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across applications, infrastructure, and end-user technologies.
- Advocate for coherence, consistency, and innovation within the application landscape.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in application management, solution architecture, or IT consulting.
- Experience in large enterprises and complex organizational structures.
- Strong knowledge in Engineering applications, ERP, CRM, GenAI, and cloud-native technologies.
- Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-level collaboration skills.
