About the job

Your main duties will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming creative project requests, assessing priorities and allocating resources accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with creatives and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resources of our creatives, tracking progress and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and approvals at each stage of the creative process.

  • Anticipate potential bottlenecks and proactively address any issues to keep projects on track.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.

  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, within the Luxury fashion sector or a creative agency.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including experience with liaising between stakeholders from various departments and levels of organizational hierarchy.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements, time frames and priorities.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
