Tasks:
- Own, manage, and optimize an exciting and fast-growing product portfolio and customer journeys end-to-end
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Go-to-Market, Customer Value Proposition, Sales, Customer Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, BI, DWH, Performance Management and Hardware Team) and partners to spearhead development, execution and launch of innovative products and features that drive service and hardware sales
- Manage key stakeholders and partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication and alignment across and beyond the organization
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve customer experience, optimize pricing, and refine product offerings
- Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities in device ownership and financing models
Requirements:
- Strong background in product management, preferably in tech or telecommunications industry; experience in hardware or device-related fields is a strong plus
- Proven track record in launching complex innovative products or services, business development, and partner management
- Excellent negotiation skills and deep awareness of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive forces
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence stakeholders across and beyond the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German & English; French or Italian is a plus
