Your Mission:

• Independent support around the employee lifecycle
• Close cooperation with the business partners
• Supporting the P&C generalist and payroll teams in their day-to-day operations
• Creation of employment references, contracts and other confidential documents
• Collaboration in recruiting (creating and posting job adverts, screening applications, coordinating appointments with applicants)
• Support with expense processing
• Active participation in process optimisation
• Participate in HR projects

Your Story:

• You are about to start or have completed higher education in the field of business (Bachelor's/Master's degree) no more than one year ago when you start the job
• First practical work experience, ideally in Human Resources
• Excellent German and very good English skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Discreet personality with an independent way of working
• Hands-on mentality, flexible and reliable person who is willing to learn and grow
