SOCIAL IMPACT MANAGER

SOCIAL IMPACT MANAGER (Geneva)

OVERVIEW:

As the social impact manager, reporting directly to the Sustainability and D&I Director, the candidate will hold a key position in driving the organisation's commitment to social impact. The candidate will serve as the nexus between the Women in Motorsport (WiM) and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) teams, orchestrating initiatives that transcend operational boundaries to achieve the Federation's overarching objectives and values.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Strategically align cross-functional projects with the broader Diversity and Inclusion agenda, ensuring synergy with organisational goals.

• Foster collaboration between WiM and D&I teams, leveraging their collective expertise to drive impactful change.

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote gender diversity, foster inclusive work environments and enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities, integrating these efforts within the broader sustainability and D&I framework.

• Provide strategic guidance and support in the delivery of WiM, D&I and Disability and Accessibility (DAA) projects and events, contributing to the realisation of the organisational strategy.

• Conduct insightful research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation in WiM, D&I and DAA

initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to bolster the organisation's reputation as a leader in gender equality, inclusion and accessibility, aligning initiatives with broader strategic imperatives.

• Monitor project progress and key performance indicators, providing strategic insights to stakeholders and steering initiatives towards desired outcomes.

PROFILE:

• Graduate or post-graduate qualification in business administration, sustainability, diversity management or related field, showcasing a strategic mindset and a strong academic foundation.

• Proven track record in strategic project management, with a focus on driving organisational impact and alignment with strategic imperatives.

• Deep understanding of gender equality principles, sustainability practices and diversity and inclusion frameworks, with demonstrated commitment to advancing social impact.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, exhibiting resilience, adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach to driving strategic initiatives forward.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software is expected, facilitating efficient collaboration and project execution across diverse teams.

• Possession of relevant certifications in project management or related disciplines is preferred, underscoring a commitment to professional development and excellence.

• A background in motor sport is advantageous. It provides valuable insight into industry dynamics and facilitates strategic navigation of project complexities and stakeholder engagement.

• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, another language would be a plus.
