Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our newly opening Japanese fine dining restaurant in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for Japanese hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Train, mentor, and lead the service team in Japanese fine dining etiquette
- Maintain a refined, seamless, and personalized service environment
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service execution
- Manage reservations and guest relations with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in fine dining or 5 star Hotel.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining and hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; German and/or Japanese is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
