The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and distributes pipetting robots for the automation of liquid handling processes for a wide range of customers from the pharmaceutical and food industry, all the way to cell and DNA research.
How you can make a difference :

Lead Generation: Strategize and execute digital lead generation efforts across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms to attract high-quality leads and enhance conversion rates.

Website Management: Oversee content updates, optimization, and new page development within our CMS, ensuring alignment with digital campaigns and SEO best practices.

Agency Management: Coordinate with our digital agency on paid advertising campaigns, providing insights and feedback to maximize performance and ROI.

CRM Integration and Management: Lead the integration efforts between HubSpot and Dynamics CRM, ensuring smooth data flow and seamless collaboration across marketing and sales teams.

Marketing Automation: Develop, implement, and refine automation workflows within HubSpot to optimize customer journey touchpoints and engagement.

Data Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain real-time reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and reporting on KPIs, including lead generation performance, ROI on campaigns, and automation effectiveness.
That's what you bring along :

Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field is required

Some type of background in life science is desirable

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, CRM management, and digital campaign optimization

Proven experience managing website content within a CMS, specifically Craft CMS, and ensuring content aligns with digital strategies and SEO best practices

Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and managing relationships with external agencies

Proficiency in integrating and managing CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, and designing automation workflows

Strong experience in data analysis and visualization, with demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics and Power BI

Advanced understanding of SEO best practices and performance tracking tools

Expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot, with a strong ability to design and optimize workflows and automation

Highly skilled in data analytics, capable of creating comprehensive dashboards to inform marketing strategies

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agency relationships
