As a Business Analyst, you analyze system processes, identify and resolve anomalies in applications, and provide third-level support in coordination with providers for internal stakeholders.

As Project Leader, you initiate, analyze, and develop projects, ensuring successful implementation.

• Ensure coordination between second and third level support and provide third level support for Passenger Service IT systems in collaboration with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for Application Operations at SWISS for IT systems shared with or supported by SWISS for Edelweiss IT
• Leading various kinds of IT changes and projects
• Development of strategies and solutions for business processes in cooperation with the relevant business unit and IT management
• Gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams
• Create test concepts and test cases and make sure they are used in testing
• Manage and control IT related invoices towards Edelweiss

• University or college degree or similar education preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Experience in the Airline IT industry, particularly with any Passenger Reservation system is mandatory
• Solid experience in IT Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, and Project Management
• Curious to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
• Proven experience in working within an Agile environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communications skills on all levels (up / down / peers / cross team)
• High commitment and dedication
• You can communicate with senior stakeholders and focus on outcomes & deliverables
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
