The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will be working with all the business units of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG and joining a group of digital and performance marketing experts.
Job Description
Your responsibilities
- You will plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for SMG brands
- You will work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and are willing to supervise those paid activities.
- You will drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimization and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset.
- You will work together with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practices.
- You will work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities.
- You are comfortable challenging the status quo and will actively contribute to the optimization of the processes and workflows
Qualifications
Your qualifications
- Native German speaker, fluent English is necessary.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- +7 years experience on various digital channels with a very strong focus on Paid Search. Other digital marketing channels experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in Google Ads. Experience with Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360) is a strong plus.
- Feed management, and e-commerce experience is needed.
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders with a service mindset, flexibility and comfortability with priority changes
- Problem-solver with a high ability in troubleshooting, with a reliable and entrepreneur attitude.
- Excellent project management skills, highly organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Agency experience is a plus.
