Was darf bei keinem Smartphone fehlen?
Genau, der Mikrochip – das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips – und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.
Zur Herstellung leistungsfähiger Halbleiter-Chips mittels Nanolithographie entwickeln wir die weltweit modernsten Projektions- und Beleuchtungssysteme. Um die hohe Perfomance der EUV-Spiegel zu erhalten ist es insbesondere auch im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit essentiell Verfahren zur Aufarbeitung und Erneuerung der optischen Schichten zu entwickeln.

Sie entwickeln lithographische Prozesse für Hochleistungsoptiken

Sie führen neue Strukturierungsprozesse in die Produktion ein und stabilisieren sowie optimieren diese kontinuierlich

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Entwicklungsaufgaben und führen diese selbstständig durch
-
Sie dokumentieren und präsentieren Projektfortschritte und stimmen die Aufgaben mit der Projektleitung ab

Sie dokumentieren, kommunizieren und präsentieren Ergebnisse

die Tätigkeit ist eingebettet in ein Entwicklungsnetzwerk bestehend aus externen Partnern der Hightech-Industrie, Forschungseinrichtungen, Kunden und Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
-
Sie haben ein sehr erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z. B. Physik, Chemie, Mikrotechnik)

Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bereich lithographischer Fertigungsprozesse oder ähnlicher Strukturierungsprozesse, idealerweise mit Optikbearbeitungsverfahren

Sie können Erfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung von hochkomplexen Systemen und Prozessen vorweisen

Sie haben Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit MATLAB, Python oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen - Kenntnisse in statistischer Prozesskontrolle oder datenbasierender Qualitätsüberwachung sind von Vorteil

Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und haben Freude an der Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
