Mechanic Engine Inspection (Incoming/Outgoing)
Your tasks
- Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de-preservation, etc.
- Handle of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals
- Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering
- Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings
- Documentation of installed Engine Components with Vocollect System
- Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders
- Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations
- Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming improvement of quality and reducing production cost
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent)
- > 2 years of experience
- In case of field assistance: willingness to travel
- Willingness to work in two shifts
- Solid Communication skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Independent, precise, and responsible work
- Open-minded, dedicated team player
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Solid in MS office and SAP experience
- German and English Level B1
