Demand Planning Analyst – EMEA Vision

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking Demand Planning Analyst – EMEA to join our TEAM in Ireland – Limerick / UK - Pinewood / Switzerland – Zug.

The EMEA Vision Demand Planning Analyst – is responsible for delivering the most up to date Regional Demand Plan through partnering closely with stakeholders and incorporating business strategies leading to improved key metrics. 




IBP - Market Intelligence (Customer & Marketing Events):



  • Participates in Cluster Demand Review and facilitate Market Demand Review forums by driving conversation with Country managers and their teams including preparation of key reports, metrics, and measures (forecast attainment, MAPE & BIAS)

  • Collect information and collaborate with other functions such as Marketing, Sales and Finance to identify events and incorporate Customer and/or Market event demand

  • Assist in the development of Demand Planning Strategy 

  • Responsible for demand forecastability & Forecast Value Add (FVA) performance and define/revise if needed the best fit demand planning strategy


Inventory Planning & Management



  • Supports processes to identify best segmentation business strategies/methods followed by a review with stakeholder and then executes / publishes outcomes and results

  • Supports analytics of inventory drivers and inventory projections and drives target delivery

  • Set up and direct SLOB management community cross functionally where SLOB drivers are analyzed and action taken to reduce and avoid SLOB expenses

  • Supports or executes projects that support the Inventory Optimization Program

  • Provide Inventory management input into IBP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities


Other Responsibilities:



  • Execute projects related to PLAN and business continuity / process improvements

  • Enables PLAN to deliver/improve service & inventory targets by delivering/improving forecast measures for her/his portfolio

  • Provide demand input to the IBP process to allow for transparency of risks and opportunities.
