What You'll Do:
Monitor and Manage the HPC environment to ensure smooth operation and peak performance.
Implement Best Practices established by Petrobras and Lenovo for system reliability and security.
Support Teams & Users by troubleshooting issues and responding to customer requests efficiently.
Maintain and Upgrade Systems – Perform firmware/software updates, implement security patches, and optimize infrastructure.
Coordinate Data Center Operations – Oversee system installations, decommissioning, and routine maintenance.
Asset and Configuration Management – Track and manage hardware, software, and network configurations.
Performance Optimization – Conduct benchmarking, performance analysis, and system tuning.
Incident Investigation & Disaster Recovery – Identify and resolve issues while ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain logs, reports, and procedural guides for seamless operations.
Technical Leadership (Senior Role) – Mentor junior team members and lead technical projects.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Understanding of HPC architecture and parallel computing principles.
Familiarity with OpenMP, MPI, CUDA, OpenCL is a plus.
Basic experience with networking, storage, and system performance tuning.
Fluent in Portuguese, with intermediate English skills.
