We are seeking an experienced Data Operations Manager:in to lead our organization's data management initiatives and ensure the highest standards of data quality and compliance across our enterprise platforms.
Your tasks
- Manage data platform, infrastructure and pipeline operations
- Design and implement data governance frameworks and policies
- Oversee data quality assurance programs and establish monitoring mechanisms
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Oversee incident response and problem resolution
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data governance and operations roles
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and operational best practices
- Experience with data quality tools, ETL processes and pipelines, preferred Palantir Foundry
- Proven track record in team leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- After checking your documents, there will be a short call for initial clarifications and to make an appointment
- This is followed by a video call with Merlin Bauer, Head of Data Platforms and Franziska Wildi, Recruiting Specialist (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes)
- The next step is a second on-site interview and you get to know the team
- And then, at best, the contract offer will already be made
