Project Manager Tasks for Expanding Medipark Health Center to Dental Medicine
· Project Planning and Strategy Development
o Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
o Define the scope of the dental medicine expansion and ensure alignment with Medipark’s vision and goals.
o Establish a clear budget and resource allocation plan for the expansion.

· Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct market research to understand the demand for high-quality dental care, particularly from target regions.
o Identify competitors in the dental care sector within Switzerland and internationally.
o Analyze trends in luxury and personalized dental medicine and patient preferences.
· Regulatory Compliance and Licensing
o Ensure compliance with all Swiss regulations and requirements for establishing dental practices.
o Obtain the necessary licenses and certifications for dental services in the new clinic.
o Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure the clinic meets safety and health standards.
· Recruitment and Staffing
o Develop a recruitment strategy for hiring skilled and experienced dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, specialists).

Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualifications: A degree in Dental Medicine (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) is required. A PhD or equivalent advanced qualification in dental implant technology or a related field is highly preferred. Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years) in dental medicine, particularly in the field of dental implants, with hands-on expertise in advanced implant technology and related procedures. Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare projects, including team leadership, strategic planning, and international collaboration. Experience working in a luxury healthcare setting is a strong advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of advanced dental implant technologies and their application in a clinical setting. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Strong international network within the dental healthcare industry, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and represent the clinic in high-level international networks. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and Turkish is highly advantageous for working with international patients and partners. A passion for patient care and the ability to create a luxury, patient-focused environment. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and operational details with efficiency and attention to quality standards.
