Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the successful delivery of the program's output/product.
• Ensure that the program's outcome is in line with the organization's strategic direction.
• Finding ways to position the program correctly.
• Generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Building, maintaining, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
• Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in remote networking, relationship-building, and effective operation within a decentralized, geographically diverse community.
• Strong organizational and advisory abilities.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
