At KPMG we run our firm just as effectively as we support and strengthen our clients' businesses. That means hiring talented people to help develop and manage our people. The HR Advisory & Service Center (ASC) provides advisory and administrative support to all KPMG employees.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Manage all entry and exit processes of employees including work permit requests and writing reference letters in English and French
- Draw up documents such as contracts, changes of contract, confirmations of employment, training agreements, repayment obligations, unpaid leave agreement, agreements in case of maternity and paternity leave
- Advise and provide information to employees and line managers about our internal rules and regulations; e.g. flexible working requests, relocation, regulation for expenses, training policies, etc.
- Work closely with the Recruitment team for the onboarding process and contribute to a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate side by side with the HR Business Partner to ensure that the needs of employees and stakeholders are addressed in the most effective manner
- Support team members during their busier periods, taking on deputy-role during their vacation absences
- Take a personal responsibility to contribute in Swiss-wide HR projects and continuously improving the quality of HR ASC work
- Take charge of coordinating internal events such as Alumni gatherings, Welcome Days and Kids Day
This is what makes you successful
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a fast moving, responsive HR team
- Swiss Human Resources certification is a strong asset
- Fluent in French and English (a must), German language is an asset
- Excellent communication - written and verbal - with people at all levels
- Strong client focus and high service orientation in order to build trust with a range of stakeholders
- Effective, precise and independent work approach, strong organizational skills
- Excellent team player, proactive sharing of knowledge and experience across the team
- Very good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent HR software
