Iron Mountain Customer Service Representative Hung Hom, Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities:
Receive customers' phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly 處理客戶的電話、傳真、電子郵件
Liaise directly with customers on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc., and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service 就客戶一般查詢和服務請求, 直接與客戶聯絡,並確保提供禮貌、友好和高效的服務
Handle order processing 處理訂單
Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties 協助銷售團隊並確保與運營部門的適當溝通,並將任何困難通知管理層
Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management 處理信函和文件、部門歸檔和記錄存儲行政管理
Produce standard reports for customers 為客戶製作報告
Requirements:
Secondary education or above 中學或以上學歷
Preferably 1-year working experience in the service industry or customer service field 至少 1 年客戶服務領域的工作經驗
Basic English abilities 基本英語能力
Good computer knowledge, telephone manner and communication skills 良好的電腦知識、電話禮儀和溝通技巧
Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful 責任心強,性格開朗
Good sense of time management 良好的時間管理意識
1 Year Contract and can be converting to Permanent afterward 1 年合同後有機會轉為固定員工
