Introduction
Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
Project Planning and Execution: Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports.
Your Profile
Competencies:
Project and Program Management: Rigorous operations skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in supporting and driving performance within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive superior results.
Decision-Making process: Ability to build options, propose the best solution and communicate properly in order to make informed decisions promptly while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on operations, investment, operational excellence projects.
Education: University degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field. Training in Project management required, certification appreciated.
Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and communicate effectively with senior management and stake-holders in English and verry appreciated in French and German.
