HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
We are currently seeking an expert Bodywear Product Developer to join our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
What you can expect:
- Oversee the technical development of women's bodywear, guiding products from initial sketch to production approval;
- Enhance workmanship and construction techniques to align with design expectations, while engineering products with a focus on cost efficiency and profit margins;
- Develop form libraries, create measurement charts and size gradings, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to innovate in cups, molding, and bra trimmings;
- Attend fairs and visit vendors/suppliers, working closely with the creative team on trend research, new material technologies, and product innovations;
- Participate in sketch review and pricing meetings to ensure value engineering, quality, and fit of products, adhering to HUGO BOSS Sustainability standards;
- Facilitate the transfer of best practices and processes between Product Groups and Lines (MPGs/BGLs) to optimize process flow, enhancing efficiency and delivery performance;
- Support the development of new suppliers and ensure strategic style implementation and allocation within the vendor portfolio;
- Monitor the seasonal development calendar to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.

Your profile:
- Professional experience in a similar position, demonstrating senior-level expertise and capability;
- Extensive education in textiles, with solid expertise in pattern grading, workmanship, fit, and production of lingerie and bras, as well as a strong understanding of markets and competitors;
- Proficient in Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office, with knowledge of 3D software such as CLO 3D considered a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- A team player who can work at a fast pace, possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, and can think and react swiftly in an ever-changing environment.
