Our client, a fast-growing biotech company, seeks a dynamic professional to support HCPs in diagnosing rare neurological and cardiological conditions, focusing the Western part of Switzerland.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for rare disease products in Western Switzerland. This role involves engaging decision-makers, developing key account plans, and supporting rare disease diagnosis in close collaboration with internal teams.
Your main tasks
- Support Healthcare Professionals (Cardiologists, Neurologists, etc.) in diagnosing rare diseases through education and collaboration
- Present clinical data clearly to enhance understanding of diagnostic tools
- Promote rare disease therapies and highlight their clinical benefits
- Drive awareness and adoption of upcoming products, focusing on cardiologists
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and navigate access challenges
- Manage territory autonomously, aligning key account plans with business goals
Your profile
- Proven success in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, experience and network in rare diseases, cardiology, or neurology is a plus
- Skilled in engaging Healthcare Professionals on early diagnosis using clinical data
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, focused on patient outcomes and company growth
- Willing to travel extensively (up to 80%) within the territory, including overnight and weekend travel, with a valid driver’s license
- University Life Science degree or certified Pharmaceutical Specialist / Key Account Manager
- Fluent in French and English is a must; German is a plus
