To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
As the Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by developing and executing structured sales strategies. Your mission will involve proactive engagement with new and existing clients, close collaboration with Field Application Engineers, and leveraging market insights to optimize the positioning of our solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Proactive engagement with new and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication channels (video calls, presentations, etc.).
- Close collaboration with Field Application Engineers and fostering a collaborative mindset with the company’s teams.
- Proposing structured sales plans and ensuring their execution.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Representing the company at trade shows and professional events, with regular travel in Switzerland and internationally.
- Using CRM tools to track and analyze commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Commercial background and/or prior experience in sales, with a preference for B2B sales of medical equipment or machinery.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Experience in market analysis, segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive positioning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and ability tocoordinate different stages of the sales cycle, including administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with CRM and ERP systems is a strong asset.
- Initiative and autonomy in prospecting and managing business opportunities, combined with strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex issues, particularly those of a scientific or technical nature.
- Adaptability, resilience, and availability for regular travel to meet clients and partners in various settings.
